China is a country in Eastern Asia with a vast landscape and 14,000+ km of coastline. It is one of the most populated countries in the world with 1.3 billion residents and with that number still increasing. The capital of China is Beijing which is an absolutely beautiful city in a number of ways.
The United States is a country that is comprised of 50 states, with some of the major ones being New York and California. There is a population of 325.7 million inhabitants in America and the country is known for being innovative and is where many people go to seek fame and fortune.
The United Kingdom is composed of four separate countries: England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. It has a population of 66 million and is primarily governed from the Palace of Westminster in London, although Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland have their own devolved parliaments. The UK is currently in the European Union, but will soon leave.
Australia is a country based on the continent of Australasia. It is made up of six states; New South Wales, Victoria, Western Australia, South Australia, Queensland and Tasmania, as well as the Northern Territory, and the Australian Capital Territory, which contains the capital Canberra. The population of Australia is 25 million.
